We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be damaged or defective.

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the issue.

  • You must ship the product back to us. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund if approved.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless we determine the item was faulty upon arrival.

Warranty Coverage:
If you purchase our OLYNIC 2-Year Warranty, you're covered for any issues for 2 years. We’ll send a free replacement with no questions asked once you return the original unit.
