To qualify for a refund:

Shipping costs are not refundable unless we determine the item was faulty upon arrival.

If you purchase our OLYNIC 2-Year Warranty, you're covered for any issues for 2 years. We’ll send a free replacement with no questions asked once you return the original unit.
